The MD2085 M.I.T.™ 35 lb inflatable PFD is manually activated, meaning you control when it inflates. When inflated, the M.I.T.™ MD2085 boasts 35 pounds (lbs) buoyancy - more than twice the flotation of a traditional PFD. The MD2085 also features an inflator inspection window and access flap to make inspecting and maintaining your PFD easy. The MD2085 also features a hidden pocket for convenient storage of boating essentials, a reflective badge for enhanced visibility and a flexible fit that moves with you all day long.

Membrane Inflatable Technology M.I.T.™ is a brand new inflatable technology used exclusively in Mustang Survival's next generation of inflatable PFD's. Designed by Mustang Survival's industry leading team of Research and Development experts, M.I.T.™ inflatable PFD's use stretch materials derived from the medical industry. By using less fabric and lighter weight components in this design the MD2085 provides an overall lighter, more flexible and comfortable fit. MD2085 M.I.T.™ Manual Inflatable PFD is approved for use by both the US Coast Guard and Transport Canada and provide twice the buoyancy an average person needs to float.
