Spinlock DURO+ has been ergonomically designed to give a comfortable all day fit and to allow a wide range of movement so that the user can get on with the task in hand without having to give the lifejacket a second thought - all the while safe in knowledge that it is ready for deployment if required. DURO+ is manufactured with hard wearing cover materials, non-snag zip design, convenient flip-up crotch strap buckle and the ID and asset tracking pouch.
This is a water sensitive activation system that uses a compress paper capsule which dissolves when wet, which then releases a spring to puncture the CO² cylinder. The cap is designed so that only water flowing upwards throught the unit will cause it to activate. Water, spray and rain running down the PFD will not cause activation. The Pro Sensor® has two indicators that show the status of the CO² cylinder and firing head.
